The only thing that is worrying me is the CPU temp and Mobo temp, at Idle the CPU is running at 63 °C and the Mobo at 42 °C.

That seems hot even for a Prescott P4E 3.4Ghz.

Nope it isn't. Those temps are expected with those procesors.

I would like to mod the case but I can't find enough room to fit even an 80mm fan.

It needs some air from the front really.
The case is still the same as the 8080 XL which surprises me.

I was wondering, can I swap processors over on my Asus rig ? they both seem to be socket 478.

That would be a good solution if it's possible.

Oh well on closer examination it has a socket 775 CPU.

Looks like I will be buying a Zalman 7700 Alcu and adapter clip. ::)

you freak !

Buy a fridge or a freezer, drill a hole in it at the bottom and fit a hose to it and direct it right down to your CPU,  problem fixed, (whoala you have made your self a vapo chill pc.)
Or even better buy a vapo chill
