some hints maybe>>
* get rid of the frameborder or the frames
* Put a logo/header at the top
* make textlinks in a nice table
and learning basic php (not even the databasestuff) could help you.
especially because it's a lot easier to work with.
and you know the basic HTML.
only one other person in my class knows that and we had to make a website this semester. (you don't want to know what the FAQ's are in that case
