Hardware Glitch or a Ghost?

I have an interesting problem, at least interesting to me. It's only a minor inconvience, but I'd like to know if maybe any of you knew a solution. When I click Start --> Turn Off Computer --> Turn Off, my computer shuts down normally. Everything powers down and the only thing left on is the green light on the motherboard. Now, this doesn't happen all the time, maybe 10% of time, but the computer will magically turn back on from anywhere from 10 seconds to 2 minutes. Could this be a loose connection somewhere? I figured it can't be Windows since it is shut down.

DXDIAG attached.

could be a Wake -UP on Lan which is accedentelly triggerd or you pressing the keyboard or something. You could check your BIOS if any of those things are enabled. :)
