USB mouse problems

hey there?

I have a problem , my machine wont recognice the mouse if it is plugged in to the USB slot.I have vers 1.1-2.0.USB keyboard support is enabled in bios.
My joystick was no problem.
So I have my board and mouse connected through PS/2.
any clue anyone ?
MY board is a MSI K7N2 Delta Series

Your mouse and keyboard dont work?!
of is it only the mouse?

Both do work on ps/2?

hii haa!

I`ve solved the problem. 
I did uninstall the drivers, and installed them with my mouse in the USB port.
And WOLLA.

nice to know you install something you have physically connected to you computer :P
