Error Disconnected

Hi all, i wonder if anyone can help me with this, I play bf1942

I play the game and recentley i have been getting ERROR DISCONNECTED FROM SERVER, so i try turning firewall off, udating pb, updating graphics drivers, and i just cant shift it, i have reformatted to try and get rid of the problem but after about 1 hour of playing i get the error message again, any suggestion will be gratley appreciated

Do you run anything in the background while playing ? If so, try closing those programs.

Have you got any mods/expansions installed ? I had the same problem with BF2 and after I reinstalled without the Special Forces expansion pack,
the problem was resolved...
