Hey all,
I last visited this forum a few months ago, looks like it grew quite nicely. Wink The site needs a little updating though, how about a FAQ system like that of westwood's helpdesk?

It would be nice to have an HTML FAQ that pointed to some of the common problems/resolutions like this one  http://eatech.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/eatech.cfg/php/enduser/cci/home.php . Are you offering to put something like that together?

Yeah, i meant something like that. The only thing you need is: a second MySQL database and PHP 4 support.

Well It's going to be a while before we get another MySQL database, but I can play with it on my development system at home in the meantime. Thanks for the info Ken.

just a though .. but if it turnes out that it actualy works [ Wink ] you can link the FAQ page to your server at home providing the seocnd SQL server where you can keep the forum as it is right now .. .

Yeah that might work. My bandwidth is not that good, but I doubt many people even look at the FAQ anyways.
