It's probably cheaper to buy the game than to pay for a replacement. I would look in the bargain bins of your local software store or buy it online. Here's the cheapest I found the game online (I have seen the game for $7.99 US in stores around where I live):

You can fax a photocopy of the front of the CD and fax it to 650-628-5900 include your name and other contact information and they can send you out a new one. Also, you can email them an image to support46@ea.com.  I had to do this recently with my Battlefield cd.
