When you want some help on a problem, please provide a detailed description of the issue. If an error message comes up, write down, or take a screen capture (attach in jpg format) and attach it. Also, attach your dxdiag for system information.

Did the game work before ? If so, what changed ?

When threads get no reply with a certain amount of time, your thread may be set to solved. This is for us to indicate that there hasn't been a reply in a while. That doesn't mean you can't reply to it anymore.

Feel free to do so if you see your thread set to resolved, but due to whatever reason you didn't have a chance to reply
