I mean the web sit won't allow it,it says the file is already in use ???

Just a note so everyone knows. You have to give a unique name to a file you want to attach to a post. All files go to the attachments directory and you are not allowed to overwrite any files there. Atomic Mitten already had his dxdiag attached in another thread I believe and that's why he could not upload the file the first time. I periodically arcive this folder to my home system when it starts getting full.

If you have 1 or  2 system fans and no special cooler for your processor then it seems to be okay.

Well I seem to have fixed my heat problems. I took the heatsink off my CPU and repasted it with silicon paste after I cleaned it up a bit.

Now my idle Temp is 23 ° C and full load after EMP is 47°C.
Heh heh ! ;)

Sorry, I have been swamped and not been able to get on the net for a bit. But it look's like that was the issue. I ALWAYS use some kind of silicone based paste for my cooling needs on AMD's, they are notorius for being ovens. I had assumed (sorry) that it came with a proper themal medium to fill in the gaps between the heatsink/proc. My current heatsink came with that pink pad they like to use since the die is so fragile on those, but they are horrible for heat transfer. And just so you know generic works just as well as premium paste, I've done the tests. Good job!
