Topic: Server downtime

A short explanation for the downtime of the last 2 days.

The GameHeaven webserver is located at facilities of I3D. Last Tuesday they moved all servers to another datacenter. Due to an unfortunate chain of events not all customers had been informed prior to the move.
As a result this webserves has been down longer then ever before.

Sincere apologies for any inconveniences and problems that this may have caused.

This server has been booted up 4 hours ago and after a couple of checks has been in active production again. No data has been lost.

After an open and pleasant conversations on-site with I3D’s owners we have decided not to press any charges ….
