There is what they call a hack mod, but a complete mod ainīt possible

A complete one isn't, but mods aren't official and not necessarily total by nature.

It's quite possible to mod Generals. Yes, there is some hard-coded stuff, but there are very few games which have no hard-coded elements. I'd suggest starting out here: http://www.deezire.net/

Lol it's very possible to mod Generals.  http://www.cncden.com/ is also a good website IMO.
