I watch the dutch version every week, I find it great fun when all those pop-wannebee´s get a psychic-trauma from some non-musical judges

I really can't take such programs serious.

Who does ?  ;D
I feel sorry for the kids who get picked, it's just pure exploitation of them, the TV station and the panel are laughing all the way to the bank.

After they have maybe one hit like Girls aloud, they are milked like cows, by being sent to every concert, super market opening, theatre, etc possible.

They don't know if their coming or going by the end of their careers, which lasts on average a year or so, they are dropped like hot cakes, once they've milked enough profit from them.

Poor kids, in England it's typical of what is happening all over, anything for a quick profit, never mind the consequences.

Now England is taking off like what happened in America , everyone is sueing each other for damages or something.
People who are themselves to blame are sueing authorities because they stubbed their toes or something.

It's a ridiculous situation, it really is. :(
