Decision time

I've narrowed my video card choices to the GeForce FX 5600 (256 MB) and the GeForce FX5600 Ultra (128 MB). I realize that they are similar cards, but does anyone have an opinion as to which would be the better buy? I attached my dxdiag to help.

I would go for the ultra. It has more memory and core speed. The 256 mb will not be used for a long time, so 128 will do just fine.
