« on: March 08, 2004, 07:15:58 pm »
I was wondering what those lines in a log file mean
IP address from outside world, username, date, time, MSFTPSVC1(service), Servername, server ip, 12594, 32768, 0, 426, 1341, [4]closed, -, -,

but than those numers...
if someone knows to explain them... be that kind:D

They are the options you have enabled for logging with the IIS settings.

The screenshot shows how you get to them [ follow the 3 open screens ;) ] and where the log options are. The numbers in the logfiles of both HTTP and FTP are the same as the order of the options you have enabled. . making it easier to track them ..

If you still have any doubts. . you can email me a copy of the log. . [ or I visit your server and you send me those log lines ] . . . that way it's a bit easier to figure out which options you have enabled and havn't...

[ btw. . I presume you ment the IIS logs ? ]
