Can't right click!!

this problem started yesterday and i really don't know why, each time i go to right click on an icon ( if i right click in internet explorer its ok ) it takes like 30 seconds before the menu appears i have no idea why :(

Try running disk clean up in windows accessories,system tools.
And defrag your OS drive.
